Customer Reviews
The quality of the key caps is really bad. I requested customer support to replace some of the key caps since they are worn out (brand new keyboard in theory), according to support "the CAPS key does not belong to this keyboard". What a joke. why would I bother myself on opening a ticket and sending pictures just to replace 3 damn keycaps to cheat customer service? I am NOT requesting to get all keycaps replaced, for God's sake, it is just 3 keycaps.
Worst part is I also got the resine palm rest and carrying case. So I spent like 200€ on this.
If you are in the EU, stay away from this brand, the quality of customer support does not meet to european requirements.
It is the first quality mechanical keyboard I have bought and I am very satisfied with it. The keys are quality and I love the fact that it is wireless so there are no cables in the way. I recommend
I'm super happy with the keyboard, but I think the delivery cost is too expensive, more than the 15% of the price of the keyboard.
Keychron K8 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard (Spanish ISO - ES Layout)
Aunque llevo décadas usando teclados "mecánicos", este es el primero que me deja admirado por la fluidez y rapidez de respuesta que tiene. Es un placer usarlo, y como no necesito para nada el teclado numérico, el TKL 80%, para mí, tiene el tamaño perfecto. De hecho, no descarto comprar otro pronto, aunque me gustaría que hubiera más colores con la distribución ISO-ES. Es la única pega que le encuentro.
